as to why I can't log on to a specific website....banking one.. I can with any other computer.

I've asked about them blocking my IP etc. They see no problem on their end. It must be on my end.

Any idea as to why except my computer sucks & is 7 years old......not an answer.

i would reset your security settings

tools
internet options
security

reset back to defaults
and see how it works

It won't let me choose anything below medium.....
but I just tried it & it works now......

it musta been set on high or sumpin.
