Hotspot shield equivalent for in U.K.?

I know I can use Hotspot Shield to access sites like CBS to watch their video feeds that are only for US people.

Is there a U.K. equivalent to access sites that are for U.K. people only?

Trying to watch a few video feeds from itv.com but you have to be in the U.K. and they know I'm on Teksavvy here in Canada.
